Preparation Of Battery Before Use:

  1. Remove Battery from Carton Box, Check for any Damage. If Damaged, Return the Battery at Once.
  2. Remove Vent Caps or foil, Fill in Sulfuric Acid (Recommended for 1.250-1.260) Until Reaching Upper Level Indicated on The Battery.
  3. Even The Battery Contains Dry-Charged Ability, It Is Recommended That Initial Charging At 1/10 Of Capacity Will Extend the Life of the Battery.
  4. Check The Electrolyte Level, If Below Lower-Level Top Up with Distilled Water to Reach Upper Level.
  5. Check The Specific Gravity of The Electrolyte as Recommended.
  6. Replace Vent Caps, Remove Tape on Each Caps (If Any), Wash and Wipe Dry.
  7. Battery Is Now Ready for Installation.

Installation of Battery on Vehicle:

Then Positive. Unfastened The Battery Holding Rods and Take

  1. Remove The Old Battery by Disconnecting Negative Pole First Battery Out of Vehicle.
  2. Clean The Connectors by Hot Water and Paste Thin Grease Before Putting New Battery on Vehicle.
  3. Fasten Up the Battery Holding Rods. Make Sure That the Rods Are Not Too Tight Otherwise It May Damage the Battery.
  4. Connect The Positive Connector to The Positive Pole of The Battery. Then Connect the Negative Connector to The Negative Pole of The Battery. (Caution: Do Not Connect Negative First!).
  5. Recheck The Vent Caps, Tighten If Necessary.
  6. Check Whether There Is No Any Tool Left in The Machine Room before Closing the Hood. Starts The Engine and Go. 

Maintenance Of Battery in Operation:

  1. Keep Checking Electrolyte Level At Least Once A Month. If The Electrolyte Level Is Below Lower Level, Add Distilled Water Until Reach Upper Level.
  2. If Lights Dim, Horn Sounds Weak or Difficult to Start, A Boosting Charge Is Necessary.
  3. If You Have to Add Distilled Water Too Often or The Battery Need Charging Too Often, A Check of Vehicle’s Electrical System Is Required.
  4. Make Sure That the Ventilating Hole on Each Vent Plug Is Not Clogged Otherwise It May Explode.
  5. If The Battery’s Poles and The Connectors of The Vehicle Are Dirty, Wash with Hot Water and Paste Thin Grease.
  6. If The Battery Remains in Active for A Long Period of Time, A Boosting Charge At 1/10 Of Capacity Is Required At Least Once a Month.
